Getting Started
Download RingTime from the App Store, tap Sign Up, and enter your name, email, and a password. A verification email arrives in seconds — open it on the same device to finish setup.
RingTime requires a paid subscription to use the app.
RingTime currently covers 50+ shows across 200+ show weeks, including Wellington International, Tryon, Desert International, and Traverse City. Search a venue above or browse the marquee on the homepage.
Show Day
If your show hasn't shown up, confirm the venue is on our supported list and email help.ringtime@gmail.com — we'll add it as fast as we can.
Open Settings → Notifications inside the app and turn on Status Updates and Start Time Updates. RingTime will alert you with all class updates.
Yes. RingTime caches your schedule, your tracked horses, and the most recent ring status so the basics stay available with no signal. Live updates resume the moment you reconnect.
Account & Login
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter your email. We send a secure reset link that expires after 30 minutes. If the link in your email contains a "+" character, copy and paste the full URL into your browser to avoid email-client encoding issues.
Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app. Your personal information is removed from our primary database immediately; some backups age out per the schedule in our Privacy Policy.

On iOS, Android, and the Web, open the Settings page and tap "Manage Subscription" — that will take you to the right place to decide the next step.
